Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is a themed immersive entertainment company and is the world’s largest operator of Halloween themed live event properties and location-based entertainment experiences. We are the only company in the country to produce haunted house attractions on a national  scale, with locations in Denver, Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Green Bay, Nashville, New Orleans, Phoenix and San Antonio. Additionally, Thirteenth Floor operates Great Room Escape, MindSpark Escape Games, Class Axe Throwing and Zombie Apocalypse Live. If this is something that excites you, keep reading. The Group Sales Manager is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about a sales career in a unique event industry. This person is great at building relationships and following through on all fronts. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Sales in a fun, fast-paced, and competitive atmosphere.


● Generate new ticket sales revenue focusing on groups, fundraisers and B2C clientele

● Assist customers in securing their preferred nights, timeslots and/or additional assets

● Handle a high level of sales activity between outbound calls, inbound inquires and
managing the group sales email

● Meet defined weekly sales, email, and call goals

● Maintain complete and accurate customer records

● Process in-house payments for deposits, group sales, tax exempt etc.

● Assist with any necessary event responsibilities and operational communication.

● Represent Thirteenth Floor in a positive and professional manner

● Other duties as assigned


● Highly motivated with an interest in being successful in the field of sales

● Able to communicate clearly and effectively

● Proficient computer skills including experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook as well as ability to learn and master new software programs

● Works well in a fast-paced, team environment

● Energetic, enthusiastic, competitive, and committed to a sales career in the event industry

● Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers

● High level of attention to detail

● Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

● 2+ years’ experience in sales preferred

● Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000
