Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is a themed immersive entertainment company and is the world’s largest operator of Halloween themed live event properties and location-based entertainment experiences. We are the only company in the country to produce haunted house attractions on a national scale, with locations in Denver, Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Green Bay, Nashville, New Orleans, Phoenix and San Antonio. Additionally, Thirteenth Floor operates Great Room Escape, MindSpark Escape Games, Class Axe Throwing and Zombie Apocalypse Live. The Marketing Manager is responsible for elevating the Thirteenth Floor brand through innovative campaigns, both assisting in determining marketing plans and ensuring smooth execution. They are also responsible for maintaining existing and fostering new relationships with customers and both internal and external stakeholders. 

Travel within the United States as well as working weekend events will be required. 



● Meaningfully contribute to development of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans and execution 

● Generating forward-thinking and creative content ideas, including graphic and video assets 

● Create and maintain brand books for our portfolio of products and experiences 

● Communicate our brand and voice to the world – develop ways for people to react to and interact with the brand 

● Maintain relationships with creative team, agencies, and influencers 

● Stay up-to-date on category trends and market changes 



● Able to absorb, feel and imitate the brand 

● Data-driven mindset – ability to leverage analysis to make business recommendations 

● Able to consistently collaborate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure a high standard of work is achieved within established timelines 

● Demonstrated ability to achieve weekly and monthly goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

● Strong knowledge of ever-changing digital marketing landscape 

● Strong knowledge of media buying and analysis, both traditional and digital 

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, if a degree is different or in another field, a strong work history in Marketing 

● Minimum of 3 years related work experience in marketing and/or PR, including internships 

● Working knowledge or Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite

● Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000
